Dilorom Rakhmatzhanovna Mamedova, widely known as Dilya Mamedova, is a distinguished Uzbek contemporary artist celebrated for her expressive paintings and refined artistic style. Born on January 28, 1974, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she has established herself as a respected figure in the country's vibrant art community.
Mamedova began her artistic journey at the Republican Art Lyceum in Tashkent, graduating in 1992. She further honed her skills at the prestigious Tashkent State Institute of Arts and Design named after K. Behzod, where she completed her degree in Studio Painting in 1998. During her academic years, she trained under renowned Uzbek artists including Rakhim Akhmedov, Nigmat Kuzybaev, Bakhtiyar Babaev, and Alisher Mirzaev, whose guidance helped shape her distinctive artistic vision.
Her work reflects a harmonious blend of classical painting techniques and contemporary expression, often drawing inspiration from cultural heritage, human emotion, and the beauty of everyday life.
